Will it work on my phone when I'm on site?
Yes. We build it to work on your phone, so you can check a job, add notes and photos, or move a quote along from the van.
Can it do quotes and invoices?
Yes. We can build quotes and invoices into your CRM, or link it to the accounts software you already use. If you need a link to your accounts software, it's included in your fixed quote.
Is it worth it for a small team?
If you're losing jobs because enquiries get missed or quotes aren't followed up, one or two extra jobs can cover the cost. There are no per-user fees, so it doesn't cost more as your team grows.
How much does it cost?
Our website and CRM package starts from £5,000 to build, then from £200 a month for hosting, updates, backups and small changes. You'll get a fixed quote before any work starts.
